If you buy any Virtual Currency or Virtual Items, you agree that they have no monetary value and can never be exchanged for real money, real goods, or real services from us or anyone else. You agree that all sales of Virtual Goods are final. No refunds will be given, except in our sole and absolute discretion. You forfeit all Virtual Goods if your account is terminated or suspended for any reason, or if we discontinue providing the Service.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by VIVILAND GAME STUDIO. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that VIVILAND GAME STUDIO shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless VIVILAND GAME STUDIO, its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
You agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof or the use of the Services (collectively, "Disputes") will be settled by binding arbitration between you and VIVILAND GAME STUDIO, except that each party retains the right to bring an individual action in small claims court and the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation or violation of a party's copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents or other intellectual property rights.
VIVILAND GAME STUDIO reserves the right to stop providing the Service or any part thereof at any time, at which point your license to use the Service or any part thereof will be automatically terminated. In such event, VIVILAND GAME STUDIO shall not be required to provide refunds, benefits or other compensation to users in connection with such discontinued Services.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
