## Acceptance of Terms These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and **DevStudio Games Ltd** ("Company") governing your access to and use of the mobile application **Star Puzzle Adventure** ("Application"). **BY ACCESSING OR USING THE APPLICATION, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY.** If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Application and uninstall it from your device. You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. If you are accessing the Application on behalf of a minor for whom you are a legal guardian, you accept these Terms on that minor's behalf and assume responsibility for their compliance. This Agreement is effective as of **2026-03-12** and supersedes all prior agreements between you and the Company relating to the Application.

## Your License to Play **DevStudio Games Ltd** grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use **Star Puzzle Adventure** on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license does **not** allow you to: - Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app or its content - Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app - Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense access to the app - Use the app for commercial purposes without our written permission - Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the app All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by **DevStudio Games Ltd**. The app and all its content (including graphics, sounds, and code) remain our property. You're getting a license to use it — not ownership of it.
